"AIRIDA SKRICK" strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions, in accordance with Lithuanian consumer rights.

Exceptions:

• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., clothing made to order).
• Items that were sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.).

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories (e.g., belts, buttons, etc.).
• Items must not be damaged or altered.

2. Provide your order number and specify which items you would like to return.
3. We will provide instructions on how to return your items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

5. Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
