Return and Exchange Policy

AIRIDA SKRICK wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return or exchange under the conditions below, in line with Lithuanian consumer law.

1. Right to Return
Under Lithuanian law, consumers have the right to return most goods purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

Exceptions:

Items made specially or to personal specification (for example, made-to-order clothing).
Items that were sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and unsealed after delivery (for example, underwear, swimwear and similar).

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags and accessories (for example, belts, buttons and similar).
Items must not be damaged or altered.

3. How to Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

Contact us at info@airidaskrick.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and list the items you wish to return.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to make sure the item reaches us safely.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. 

Note: refund processing may take up to 14 days from the day we receive the items.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@airidaskrick.com. We will provide a full refund, replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
